About Me

I'm Alison Dedicoat, a trained Suzuki Violin teacher based in West Somerset.

I qualified as an Accredited Suzuki Violin Teacher with the British Suzuki Music Association and European Suzuki Association in 2018, and am trained to teach the violin to children from the age of 3.

I currently offer violin lessons in Taunton, Somerset and specialise in teaching young beginners. 

Lessons are fun and engaging, and are suitable for children of any age.  

Through our weekly lessons, and daily practice, children learn to develop the skills necessary to build technique and enjoy playing a wide variety of repertoire.

Children receive both individual and group violin lessons, and perform in concerts throughout the year.

I hold a current DBS certificate, public liability insurance, and attend safeguarding training annually.
